**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in supervising daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching vehicles and parts.
- Coordinate and handle vehicle stock arrangements, ensuring correct placement and documentation.
- Monitor and update inventory records accurately, including vehicle and accessory movements.
- Support the process of vehicle allocation and ensure timely preparation for delivery.
- Assist in shifting vehicle stock based on operational requirements and allocation plans.
- Maintain proper documentation for incoming and outgoing vehicles and parts.
- Work closely with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Admin, Operations) to support smooth allocation and stock coordination.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Provide support to the Warehouse Supervisor in reporting, process improvement, and team coordination.Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

**What Makes You the Perfect Fit**:

- Prior experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle stock or inventory control is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to handle movement of vehicle stock.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with stock management systems or inventory software preferred.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
