We've bootstrapped our MVP for a year now and are on the verge of raising our first pre-seed round, sign up pilot users and launching our platform.

Radical Transparency and Accountability

For this to work, the Technical Lead must over-communicate with the team, conduct regular productivity check-ins, self-initiate WIPs and resource planning. He/she possesses razor-sharp common sense and all-round empathy towards coworkers and customers. Depending on where you're located, this can be a fully or partial remote role.

Strong Leadership & Communications skills

This role includes dev ops, team management, remote resource planning, strategic planning and all round product management. We expect the role to demonstrate regular and effective communications to effect change, drive motivation of the team, lead strategic conversations and make hard decisions related to software engineering problems.

The Technical Lead is expected to take a fully accountable and transparent approach to managing resources, timeline, dev ops and developers management.

Resourceful and a creative problem solver

Technical Stacks + Experience in multi-tenanted enterprise platform
- Experience in multi-tenanted platforms, social media networks and/or community platforms are highly preferred

Passion in Web3 Stacks

Character & professional References
- You are able to provide at least two contacts of former employers/clients who are able to vouch for your experience and character

Job Scope
- Lead the technical and product development of the Loominate MVP
- Establish a strategy and implementation roadmap for best practices, dev ops standards, technical documentation, sprints, WIPs, stand ups and product strategy meetings.
- Project manage the full stack development of the Loominate platform on a daily basis with regular check in, progress updates and escalate problems early on
- Proactive participation in product strategy and roadmapping
- Develop strong engineering stacks to ensure that Loominate is built on state of the art methodology and technology
- Recruit, train, grow and mentor the the remote team of software engineers
- Proactively participate in business strategy and leadership activities, including selected fundraising meetings

Compensation
- Starting package of USD$60,000-$75,000 + equity allocation with vesting schedule
- Probation period of 6 months
- Annual salary increment review and/or in tandem with subsequent rounds of funding
- The technical lead is earmarked to progress towards the role of Head of Engineering/CTO

- 1 round of technical challenge task + Interview with Loominate Technical Consultant
- 1 round of interview session with a software developer
- Call with references
- Final round of chat with Founders
