This role plays an important role in empowering Carro’s data-driven &
data-informed decision-making strategy.

**What you will be doing**:

- Collaborate with various business teams to translate business operation data requirements into tracking metrics
- Design/perform business-oriented reporting system/analysis, and data visualization dashboards to monitor the performance of the business
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to understand certain business cases and challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis
- Be the trusted partner with the management team to find actionable insights from data to drive high impact business strategy

**Who are we looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Data Science, Engineering etc.)
- At least 3+ years of experience in data analyst/ business intelligence role
- Proficiency in technical skills with Python, R, SQL for data analysis and building of automated real-time dashboards and reports with dashboarding tools like Tableau and Data Studio
- Detail-oriented with strong data sense, with good problem-solving skills
- Strong communicator with ability to translate numbers to business stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- E-commerce and start-up experience a plus
