As a Business Intelligence Data Analyst for the Industrial Segment, you will be part of a team focused on driving all aspects of Micron’s success in the Industrial segment including; long term strategy, customer development & management, roadmap development, product positioning, sales collateral development, demand management, supply prioritization, TAM Sizing and revenue management.

Your responsibility to the team will be focused on driving data analytic initiatives, processes and visualizations to support our teams’ successful growth and management of the industrial business. Your role has two primary responsibilities / aspects:
Successful applicants responsibilities will include:

- Analyze and define functional requirements of the user story (requirements) and acceptance criteria.
- Design and deliver reporting and analytic solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Business Intelligence tools, SAP Hana/Business Objects, Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Complete unit testing, participate in code review, document solution delivery, and coordinate deployment.
- Support operational reporting requirements for the Industrial segment.
- Indirectly manage and influence Industrial team to develop and achieve forecasts
- Drive effective agile project management through active engagement in the scrum development process.
- Provide hands on demonstration of solutions developed.
- Provide functional support to business team members during testing and deployment phase.
- First line analysis and recommendations for key operational processes including short term demand, Long term demand, supply prioritization and market modeling.
- 0-2 Years analyst / business Intelligence support
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in relevant Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or related field of study
- Information repository / business intelligence reporting solutions background.
- Strong SQL skills
- A flair for understanding data flows
- Data visualization and Reporting software experience such as Tableau/Power BI
- A passion and desire to understand the business in addition to supporting the data needed to run it.
