Singapore TOWER RESEARCH CAPITAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

Tower Research Capital, a high-frequency proprietary trading firm founded in 1998, seeks a Production Trader to join one of its trading teams in Singapore. As a Production Trader, you will play a crucial role in day to day monitoring of all the automatons trading across all the Asian Markets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring morning/evening maintenance operation
- Intraday monitoring of all the trading automatons: internal KPIs, Tower Risk Limits
- Ensuring intraday communication with the internal Compliance and Risk department
- Monitoring and Hedging some exposures manually
- Providing feedback and analysis to quants on algo behavior to help them improve models

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 4 years of equivalent practical experience
- Good knowledge of Asian Derivatives and Cash Markets
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and geographically distributed environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Good knowledge of both Equities and Equity Derivatives trading
- Experience with scripting and programming languages such as Python and Bash

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience with workflow management and task scheduling
- Experience in Index Arbitrage systematic trading
- Specific trading knowledge in any major Asian Exchanges
