The role encompassed responsibilities across the whole SEA region. As such, you would be involved in shaping the strategy for the whole of SEA, from supply to data to commercial partnerships.

As a Trader Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:
Coaching & training for the SEA Trading team
- Own trader onboarding & training
- Drive trader recruitment process in collaboration with the Trading Director
- Leverage own and wider business experience to enhance the individual experience of each Trader
- Regular meetings with each Trader to run through their campaigns with the view to provide direction & advice leading to better performance, delivery (pacing) and margins
- Formulation & tracking progress towards individual trader OKR’s
- Champion, monitor and enhance Trader - Analyst relationship
- Ensure MiQ reputation and standards of campaign execution & servicing are maintained across the Trading team

Portfolio Management across the entire SEA portfolio
- Deliver on-target margin across SEA portfolio of campaigns
- Balance portfolio growth objectives with margin/profitability objectives across a variety of campaign types & regions
- Maintain campaign retention based on performance at above 95% across the whole SEA portfolio
- Troubleshoot and provide support on any client or technical issues
- Manage workload and campaign distribution of each trader
- Take the lead (where necessary) on resolving campaign issues with clients

Internal Collaboration
- Seamlessly communicate with commercial teams on product/capabilities positioning and growth strategy across multiple geographies
- Insights Management: in collaboration with CS & Sales, monitor insights workload requests and quality of insights being provided
- In collaboration with Trading Director, design & improve internal and external processes
- Ensure new and existing processes are deployed and adhered to by all relevant stakeholders
- Working with our Sales and Client Services teams to maximise commercial opportunities
- Report weekly and where necessary to SEA senior management on campaign portfolio delivery and profitability, forecasts, budget shifts and on the wider team performance.

Innovation
- Regularly use campaigns to test and implement innovative ideas
- Maintain and evolve SEA trading/operational processes and best practices
- In collaboration with the Trading Director, develop and test improvements in campaign execution, including but not limited to trading automation, use of enhanced DSP features, etc
- Lead (where relevant) product testing from a trading perspective
- Share results to encourage team-wide adoption of new insights, trading/targeting tactics, optimisation methods and ways of working
- Motivated by learning opportunities and is inquisitive

**What you’ll bring**
- Minimum 3 years of experience trading digital programmatic campaigns
- High degree of trading experience with Xandr, DV360 and The Trade Desk
- High level of organisation and conscientiousness
- The ability to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm for your team
- Strong evidence of successful campaign management & collaboration with internal teams, especially Sales and CS, is essential
- Technically and analytically astute within the field of digital programmatic trading
- Strong communication skills and an ability to work both independently and contribute within a team environment
- A start-up mind-set
- Strong presentation skills
- A can do' attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm
