**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for leading the project as a single point of contact
- Assist in providing event and exhibition build solutions to clients
- Assist in determining the requirements of the events and ensuring customer's objectives are met
- Assist in determining costs that will be incurred and provide quotation to clients
- Responsible for brainstorming with operations on build and implementation solutions
- Ensure smooth execution of events
- To lead small and mid-scale project independently
- Assist senior project manager in executing projects as supporting role
- Briefing and communication with internal production and external suppliers on deliverables onsite

**Requirements**:

- Strong sense of responsibility and urgency with meticulous eye for detail
- Willing to learn and ability to work in a team
- Organized, hands-on, enjoys coordination and execution
- Occasional overseas travel might be required
- Ability to problem solve on ground and make quick decision
- Ability to work under pressure and short timeline
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Education level: O-level, Diploma, or Degree holders in any discipline are welcome to apply
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the industry is advantageous but not mandatory
