We are looking for an experienced **Operations Manager **to join our team and support the seamless execution of events. The Operations Manager will work closely with the production team to ensure all operations and logístical requirements are met according to the event and exhibition plans.

You will play a crucial role in contractor and vendor liaisons, managing documentation, coordinating with regulatory authorities, sourcing vendors, and creating production schedules to ensure the successful execution of each project.

**SCOPE OF WORK**
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors/contractors and clients ensuring smooth operations and timely execution, including working with PE, LEW and others for endorsement process
- Collection of all necessary forms from vendors for submissions to relevant authorities
- Sourcing vendors and suppliers for materials and samples
- Preparation of production timelines, set up and dismantling schedules, etc.
- Assist in venue setup and teardown during setup and teardown period
- Assist in on-site operations during the event period

**CRITERIA**
- Between 4 - 5 years’ experience in operations and production management for premium lifestyle events & exhibitions
- Relevant experience and knowledge of operations and logistics requriements for events and exhibitions
- Effective negotiation skills for costs with external vendors and contractors
- Able to produce detailed timeline and production schedules
- Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Ability to multi-task
- Responsible, resourceful and meticulous in a fast-paced environment, &
- Possess a positive attitude and in good health.
