NCS Engineering is looking for enthusiastic personnels to join a newly formed team that work on robotics projects.
You will be part of the development team to design, implement and maintain an in-house developed products that is related to robotics fleet management system.

We are looking for a Senior Megatronic Engineer to** **design, develop, and integrate mechatronic systems for service robotics, AMRs, and automation within industrial and manufacturing environments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and integrate mechatronic systems for service robotics, AMRs, and automation within industrial and manufacturing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative robotics solutions that improve production efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Develop and maintain mechanical, electrical, and software components for robotics and automation systems, ensuring seamless operation.
- Implement sensor fusion, control algorithms, and machine vision systems for autonomous navigation, object detection, and manipulation in robotic systems.
- Conduct testing, validation, and optimization of mechatronic systems in factory automation setups.
- Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to robotic systems, sensors, and automation processes.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in robotics and automation to continually enhance system capabilities.
- Ensure safety standards and compliance in the design and implementation of robotics systems within factory environments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in service robotics, AMR technologies, and factory automation systems.
- Strong understanding of automation technologies (e.g., PLCs, SCADA) and industrial protocols (e.g., OPC-UA, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
- Hands-on experience with robotics platforms like ROS, ROS2, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling and simulation tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Matlab/Simulink).
- Experience in programming languages like C++, Python, or embedded systems development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on system integration and optimization.

Nice-to-Haves:

- Experience with machine vision systems, including OpenCV, PCL, or similar libraries.
- Familiarity with safety standards and certifications for industrial robots (e.g., ISO 10218, ISO 13849). Experience in deploying robots for specific industries such as automotive, electronics, or food manufacturing
