**About the role**
A new and exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Coordinator to support the Asia HR department by ensuring that the transactional and operational responsibilities of the department are met in a timely manner. You’ll be responsible for completing all necessary steps of employee life cycle including onboarding, orientation and integration. Providing assistance to attorneys, paralegals and staff by using available resources to provide answers to their human resources questions, is also an important part of this role. Other key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating new hire orientations by developing agendas, including scheduling with multiple presenters, leading human resources sessions of orientation, and ensuring that questions from new employees are answered.
- Acting as a point of contact for human resources questions from attorneys, paralegals and staff in the office. Understanding a majority of the human resources policies of the firm and is able to answers most questions independently. Exercising appropriate judgment to route complex questions and issues to appropriate resources and follows-up to ensure the issue is resolved in a timely manner.
- Entering data in PeopleSoft and Latham Facebook including new hire entries, leaves of absence, and terminations. Using PeopleSoft to generate standard reports as requested.
- Completing EP, S pass visas online. Ensuring all visas are renewed in a timely manner.
- Acting as a point of contact in the office for questions regarding Annual leave. Understanding the annual leave policies.
**About you**
