**Responsibilities**
**Ecommerce Marketing Campaign Management**
- Conceptualise, coordinate and implement both digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives of building brand awareness and sales growth for Sift & Pick
- Ideate, plan and develop content to attract target audience. This includes copywriting, designing content layout and testing new and creative content outreach strategies.
- Generate and update website content and create custom landing pages with a view to optimise customer experience and increase conversion
- Improve website UI/UX and develop new website features
- Collaborate closely with all relevant in-house stakeholders, i.e. Product Development (Tech), Merchandising and Design Team to drive and work towards optimisation and marketing targets.
- Conduct market & consumer research and analysis to stay up-to-date of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, emerging platforms, and the competitive landscape
- Analyze and report data from Google Analytics and website sales to understand & improve the performance of the website
- Assist in day-to-day admin and marketing operations duties
**Digital Ads**
- Manage and execute Facebook and/or Google advertising campaigns, including campaign set up, copywriting and content creation for ads and various marketing assets
- Analyse ad campaign performances, identify areas of improvements, and formulate actionable tactics across multiple channels for optimization
- Communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis to report on campaigns and provide recommendations to enhance performance.
**CRM**
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of relevant online/digital marketing experience preferably in an agency, e-commerce / internet industry. Experience in fashion e-commerce will be advantageous.
- Degree in business, communications, marketing, or other relevant fields.
- Hands-on experience in online campaign management, implementation and optimisation with good copywriting skills.
- Experience in UI/UX will be advantageous
- Experience working with marketing tools including Google Analytics, Mailchimp, social media tools, etc.
- Creative flair with strong interest in exploring new approaches and generating content which attracts and engages the target audience. Skills in photography and/or video production will be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Detail-oriented, organised with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong and effective communicator and a reliable team player.
