DESIGNATION : Senior/Executive, Communications and Engagement

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to and working alongside the Director of EtonHouse Community Fund (“ECF”), you will an integral team member supporting initiatives around fundraising, community engagement and communications. With a commitment to support our team members’ growth and development, and you will learn about the social service sector, and be exposed to critical functions of a charity including programme development, fundraising, advocacy, and volunteer management.

**About EtonHouse Community Fund**
- **Strategic Communications**
- Drive the development of relevant materials and collaterals to reach potential sponsors and donors, including impact reports, newsletters etc
- Support volunteer and donor communications and engagement
- Manage social media and website updates, including pro-actively gathering and creating content
- **Fundraising and Sponsorships**
- Assist in organising fundraising events/projects
- Assist in building donor and volunteer networks, engagement and relationship management
- Manage donor accounts which includes regular communications, tracking donations and development of the donor engagement plan
- Support engagement of corporate partners on Corporate Social Responsibility programmes and philanthropic efforts
- Manage donor management system with regular updates and provide meaningful insights and data analysis
- **Programmes and Administrative support**
- Provide general administrative support as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or Polytechnic Diploma in Business Studies/Marketing/ Mass Communications, or related disciplines
- Preferably 1-3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, volunteer / donor management, or marketing
- Proficiency in English Language is essential, with ability to write, edit, review marketing content, reports and proposals
- Positive attitude and pro-active in approach to fundraising and community initiatives
- Results and performance oriented
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
- Strong interest in community work, experience in the non-profit sector a plus
- A team player who is able to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders
