As a **Scalp Consultant**, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' overall hair and scalp health. We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual who is knowledgeable about various scalp and hair conditions and is dedicated to providing personalized consultations and solutions.


Location**:Orchard Central**

**$3,000 - **5 days work week

**$3,500 -** 6 days work week

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough scalp assessments and diagnosis using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Recommend personalized treatment plans based on clients' scalp conditions and hair care needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, and advise what is best for the client's interest.
- Regular scalp check for customers. (Follow up treatment results with customers).
- Follow-up calls to check on client condition and improvement.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of proven experience as a Scalp Consultant or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of scalp conditions, hair growth cycles, and treatment options.
- Excellent customer service & sensitivity to customers’ needs and paying attention to details.
- Certification in trichology or a related field is a plus.
- Passion for scalp health and hair care, with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
- Able to work on shifting schedules, weekend and public holiday.
