We are expanding our wellness offering with facial and aesthetic services rooted in expert skincare, relaxation, and holistic touch. As our Beautician / Facial Aesthetician, you'll help clients look radiant and feel deeply restored through personalized facials, skincare education, and genuine connection. THE JOB:

• Perform a wide range of advanced facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration, and specialized therapies
• Conduct professional skin consultations to assess conditions and recommend suitable treatments and products
• Deliver high-quality, results-oriented services while ensuring client comfort and satisfaction
• Educate clients on skincare routines, aftercare, and appropriate home-use products
• Maintain accurate client records, tracking treatment history and progress
• Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, technologies, and industry best practices
• Support sales through product recommendations and promotion of salon treatments
• Ensure treatment rooms, tools, and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained
• Mentor and guide junior beauticians in facial techniques and service standards
• Contribute to new service offerings, promotional activities, and client retention strategies

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Certified Beautician / Aesthetician with diploma in beauty therapy or facial aesthetics.
• Experience with various skin types, facial modalities, and product knowledge.
• Skilled in client communication, hospitality, and emotional intelligence.
• Detail-oriented and committed to hygiene, customer care, and consistent results.
• Experience with Korean/Japanese facial techniques.

Key Deliverables:

• Perform services with precision, achieving visible improvements in skin condition over time
• Deliver tailored treatment plans and record client progress accurately in salon system
• Ensure treatment space is clean, sanitized, and presentable before every appointment
• Encourage repeat bookings and build client loyalty with thoughtful follow-ups
• Stay informed on ingredients, skincare technology, and global beauty trends
• Work closely with spa therapists, stylists, and front desk to create a seamless guest experience
