**Work arrangement**: Full On-site work set-up

**THE JOB**:

- Evaluate clients' skin condition and recommend appropriate treatments or skincare routines.
- Perform professional facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masks, and moisturizing, using appropriate techniques and products.
- Train other beauticians and provide ongoing education and development for staff to maintain a high standard of service.
- Facilitate hands-on workshops and seminars.
- Customize treatments based on skin types, conditions, and client needs.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, skincare products, and facial techniques.
- Educate clients on skincare best practices and post-treatment care.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients.
- Maintain inventory of beauty products and tools; ensure proper sterilization and sanitation procedures are followed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Dermatology or related field.
- Proven experience as a Beautician, Aesthetician, Facial Trainer, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of different skin types and conditions, skincare products, treatments, and equipment.
- Proficiency in various beauty treatments and aesthetic procedures.
- Ability to educate and train others effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to assess clients’ needs accurately.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
