**The Role**

A fantastic opportunity has come up for an experienced Senior Event Producer who is confident, creative, fun and self motivated to join a vibrant team. The role would include:
**Account Growth, Creative Conceptualisation & Event Execution**
- Take client briefs to create proposals, budgets and timelines, and supporting event operation
- Take own creative direction to bring the concepts to live by working closely with designers, printers, venues and other third party vendors to ensure projects are executed beautifully and professionally on time and budget for our clients
- Build good rapport with our clients and vendors
- Support an Event Director at times with some large scale projects
- Support the Sales Director at times with ideation and pitching some new concepts. This includes scoping the key elements to bring the event from brief to fruition with clear deliverables, accurate budgets, realistic timelines

**Essential Requirements**
- Creative and loves all things beautiful to bring events to life elegantly
- Strong organisational skills. Good with prioritising and juggling multiple projects to proactively manage client expectations smoothly
- Keen eye for detail. Can input information accurately and promptly
- Enjoys the company of people as this role will require one to lead others but also be a team player for more complex projects at times
- Independent and self motivated to bring own events from brief to life
- Confident and solution-oriented - This is a client facing role that suits a happy, enthusiastic and professional person that understands how to liaise and present oneself in front of clients, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Calm under pressure and be forward thinking to display great initiative
- Possess great pride in own work
- Able to think out of the box
- Good working experience for Excel, Word and PowerPoint for budgets and proposals
- Excellent in written and clear communication skills

MPC Events is an experiential marketing agency specialising in the engagement of senior executives and high net worth individuals.

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
