Singapore Holiday Inn Full time

As the Cluster Marketing & PR Executive, you are responsible for supporting the integrated marketing portfolio for Holiday Inn Singapore Little India and Holiday Inn Express Singapore Clarke Quay, comprising of offline marketing (events and campaigns) and public relations (partnerships and media management).

**Marketing**
- Support the development and executive of property campaigns and packages that articulate our experiences to drive demand generation and conversation.
- Work in tandem with Marketing Team to execute offline marketing projects, including but not limited to on-ground events and campaigns.
- Key liaison for IHG One Rewards including but not limited to:

- Relay key information, updates and standards to various departments.
- Track and report on these activations and standards.
- Submission of hotels and/or R&Bs offers or information in a timely manner.
- Ensure timely reporting and review of campaign performance with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate tracking of marketing expenses.

**Public Relations**
- Support the stewarding of media relationships and drive creative news-making opportunities through media releases, media drop and hosting, to garner favorable press coverage and build awareness across both industry and customers.
- Support the pitching, engagement and maintenance of new and existing partnerships to curate unique experiences to drive brand awareness and conversion.
- Develop KOL outreach programs for Singapore and key source markets.
- Update and consolidate monthly press and media clippings for reporting and internal review.

**Others**
- Work closely with Marketing & PR Manager and others within the greater Marketing team with marketing activities and utilizes best practices to monitor and optimize the guest experience.
- Provide guidance and learning growth to Marketing Intern on all Marketing & PR functions by translating initiatives into clear actions and forge strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
