**Direct Digital Marketing and Technology team - Let’s introduce ourselves**
As a Market Cluster Lead you will join our Direct Digital Marketing and Technology team that reports to global Head of Direct Digital & Channel Marketing Global M&B. The marketing organisation is currently transforming to meet our future ambitions and you will join a dynamic environment with marketing colleagues from across the world.

We are investing in new platforms and talents with the ambition to drive our digital marketing agenda. Our ambition is to deliver one-to-few outbound programs and campaigns at scale across all direct communication channels to our known consumer base to build direct consumer relationships. Overall, the team is made of about 20 people and has a global responsibility.

**Market Cluster lead - this is what you´ll do**
We are looking for someone to take responsibility and lead direct digital operations in the fastest growing region RoAP (Rest of Asia Pacific) for the markets Australia, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand.

You will:

- Closely collaborate with the local marketing teams, planning direct digital marketing activities
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure the right data model is in place to support and enable relevant data to be accessed for direct marketing activities both from a local and Global perspective
- Orchestrate direct digital campaigns and programs in the markets of responsibility with the local and regional teams
- Continuously gather, structure and steer local requirements to improve the performance of our direct digital marketing in every market while ensuring that programs and campaigns are scaled across markets in a culturally relevant and personalized way
- Monitor the quality and performance of our direct digital communication and take appropriate corrective action

You are experienced in managing marketing activities for a global brand and have a solid understanding of planning cross channel campaigns. You have extensive knowledge of brand and performance marketing, media buying and planning.

**Your Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
- Proven leadership skills to drive and motivate people
- Proven track record in delivering complex projects in a global / multi-market environment
- English fluency
