The Cluster Manager will provide leadership/strong communication/influencing skills and be able to show tangible results in a dynamic retail environment. You will support the business growth by driving the sales culture and improving sales results.

Ideally, you will also have experience in coaching and continuously developing the competencies of your team. You will also be result-oriented with a 'Just Do It' attitude. You will be the voice of the stores by having an open and honest relationship with the head management teams.

Reporting to the Head Office teams and the Global Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service, merchandising, and housekeeping in accordance with company standards.

In this role, you will also be responsible for recruiting and training quality staff members, and ensuring store policy and procedures are followed at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership**:

- Leadership and continuous improvement of each stores performance through effective leadership of your team driving best practise in each of the stores to grow your market share, maximise sales and profitability
- Achieve objectives by engaging and coaching the team and actively involving them to deliver a high level of customer service/ celebrating successes.

**Ownership of Operations**:

- Overseeing all standards in practice and ensuring they are maintained to the highest degree
- Ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service, merchandising, and housekeeping in accordance with company expectations across the cluster
- Recruit and induct new colleagues and manage the probationary period process. Recruitment and retention of store teams within your cluster
- Appraise the performance of all direct reporting employees regular and give constructive feedback where applicable. Appraise performance and attendance regularly and instigate appropriate remedial action to address shortcomings.

**Head Office Support**:

- Support Global Commercial Manager to ensure that the vision, objectives, processes, sales, wages budget & targets are clearly communicated and achieved across the cluster
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners/center management/service agreement firm/external marketing and any other key person or business that is beneficial to the operations/growth of the store/brand.
