**Your Role**

Reporting to the Area Manager based in Australia, this is an exciting opportunity for a customer-obsessed, results-driven leader to become the face of Seafolly in Singapore.

As Cluster Manager, you will:

- Champion a customer-first culture, driven by our mission to empower confidence in every woman.
- Ensure your teams are fit and product experts, consistently delivering exceptional service.
- Cultivate a high-performance sales culture that motivates and holds each team member accountable.
- Uphold outstanding standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Know your customer - understand store-specific profiles and bestsellers to drive effective feedback and in-store initiatives.
- Lead with purpose - create a transparent, motivated, and accountable team environment.
- Attract, train, and retain top retail talent across your region.
- Be Seafolly’s key brand ambassador in Singapore, representing our values and vision.
- Collaborate with the retail leadership team and support centre in Sydney to drive business innovation.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends, and public holidays.
