Software Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and qualify new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and inbound lead follow-up.
- Present, promote, and sell software products/services to prospective customers using solid arguments and tailored solutions.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and provide software recommendations to meet those needs.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients, both virtually and in person.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with new product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Report on sales activity, pipeline status, and customer feedback through CRM systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in software or technology sales.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of software solutions and technology terminology.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to travel as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience selling to enterprise-level clients.
- Background in consultative or solution-based selling.
- Technical aptitude to understand complex software solutions.
- Multilingual skills is a Plus.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Competitive base salary plus commission/bonuses.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
