**Pre-Sales Support**:

- Lead technical proposal development for Abound solutions, including system architecture, ROI analysis (e.g., energy / cost savings) and integration plans with HVAC / BMS systems
- Prepare competitive budgetary estimates and tender submissions aligned with client ESG targets (e.g., Energy savings, Green Mark certification, carbon neutrality)
- Deliver tailored presentations to C-suite and technical stakeholders, showcasing Abound’s predictive maintenance, energy optimization and carbon tracking capabilities

**Opportunity Development**:

- Collaborate with sales teams to identify / qualify lead, understand customer requirements, design tailored Abound solutions, and ensure that proposals align with client needs
- Conduct market research on regional trends (e.g. Singapore’s Green Mark certification)

**Technical Advocacy**:

- Demostrate Abound solutions through live product demos, proof-of-concept trials and customized dashboards (e.g., carbon reduction metrics)
- Train internal teams, channel partners and system integrators on Abound platform and sustainability use cases
- Collaborate with engineering teams on localize Abound solutions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital solutions or technical pre-sales roles, preferably in building automation, IoT, or smart building solutions.
- Experience working with commercial real estate, infrastructure, or industrial building clients is a plus.
- Strong understanding of IoT platforms, building automation systems (BAS), and related smart building technologies.
- Prior experience in technical proposal development, budgeting, and solution presentations
