**JOB SCOPE**
Responsible for the following Corporate Communications duties:
- Support the strategic communications and public relations needs of the F&B portfolio of Marina Bay Sands, including award-winning celebrity chef and signature restaurants.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal coverage and publicity for restaurants owned and operated by Marina Bay Sands. The work includes but is not limited to media monitoring, media pitching, conceptualizing and organising media and KOL events.
- KOL management work for restaurants managed by Marina Bay Sands, including active nurturing of key relationships, identifying KOLs from Singapore and overseas markets; and creating social-friendly content for this audience.
- Assist in ad-hoc corporate projects that showcases Marina Bay Sands as an iconic global destination.
- Support PR work in at least one regional market, working with appointed PR agency (if any) to ensure deliverables are met.
- Organise media/ KOL familiarization trips, identifying media targets, preparing budgets and itineraries and on-site management.
- Support department events (non-profits, special events, others) as and when required.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or related field
- A foodie with a passion for all things culinary, with 1-2 years of experience in an agency setting
- Ability to think creatively and implement projects/campaigns with impact.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
- Well-versed in social media trends, with experience in KOL management.
- Able to work independently and as a team-player, with a hunger to learn and contribute
- Ability to focus, multi-task and accomplish objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
