Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies and initiatives that align with Marina Bay Sands' Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) objectives- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and address community needs and support the planning, communication and execution of dynamic short
- and long-term CSR initiatives for various social causes, aligned to the focus areas of Marina Bay Sands’ CSR programme, Sands Cares- Co-lead the Sands for Singapore Charity Festival and its series of community engagement, fundraising, and volunteering events by working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners- Engage internal stakeholders to drive Team Member volunteerism through planning, coordination and execution of meaningful volunteerism events on a regular basis- Evaluate and respond to donation appeals and sponsorship requests- Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives, and prepare post-programme evaluation reports- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards- Assist with volunteer data consolidation and reporting

Job Requirements

Education & Certification- A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Marketing/Communications, Business or Hospitality, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.

Experience- Experience in corporate social responsibility, communications and/or event management

Other Prerequisites- Possess strong command of English- Excellent writing and communications abilities- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.- Excellent interpersonal skills - a communicator passionate about advocating CSR as best practice for business- A team player with the ability to work independently and proactively- Ability to focus, multi-task and accomplish objectives in a fast-paced environment Marina Bay Sands is committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, providing equal opportunities as we grow our talent base to match our growth ambitions in Singapore.
