Performance Marketing Senior Specialist

Castlery is currently looking for a **Performance Marketing Senior Specialist** to join our Castlery's Growth Marketing Team here in Singapore. This role will see you planning, executing and optimising our paid media buys across various channels.
- Manage ad campaign creation, management, reporting and optimisation across key channels - e.g. Google, Facebook, Pinterest, Bing, Retargeting partners.
- Manage significant budgets in the markets Castlery operates in to ensure optimal budget allocation decisions are done to maximise performance.
- Perform regular performance monitoring to ensure we achieve targets and KPIs.
- Support the team with periodic data extraction, reporting and analyses to measure campaign effectiveness and uncover insights for performance optimization.
- Propose new ad creative ideas based on our unique value propositions, current trends and competitor insights.
- Manage small to mid-scale projects through collaborations with the internal from multiple teams - e.g. Campaigns, Creative, Brand & Content, Partnerships, Category and Demand Planning.
- Communicate with our key external partners and keep abreast of marketing trends to ensure Castlery is always a pioneer in performance marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Statistics/Business or any other relevant education.
- At least 3 years' experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media and/or Data Analytical positions.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a passion for data analytics. Experience or knowledge in Google Analytics and other data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.) would be a plus.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise & perform a variety of tasks over the course of the workday.
- Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Driven to learn and is proactive in taking on new projects.
