Performance Marketing Specialist

About the Role We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to support a Singapore-based fitness and lifestyle business. You’ll be responsible for running paid Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), optimizing campaigns based on performance, and making small design adjustments to creatives provided by the company’s HQ. This role requires someone who understands ad performance strategy and can adapt provided content for local effectiveness. A background in fitness, wellness, or consumer lifestyle marketing is a plus. Key Responsibilities Set up, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)Use provided content and assets, and tailor them for local branch relevance Make light graphic adjustments (e.g., layout tweaks, localization)Report on campaign performance and suggest areas of improvement Communicate directly with the Singapore-based client Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in Meta Ads or performance marketing Understanding of ad metrics, retargeting, and lead generation strategies Graphic design proficiency is a plus (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma)Able to work independently and manage timelines Comfortable working with international clients and fluent in English Previous experience with gym, wellness, or franchise businesses is a bonus Perks & What to Expect Remote-first setup (work from anywhere in Indonesia)Experience working directly with Singaporean business owners Explore More Opportunities Waiting for You #J-18808-Ljbffr
