- Enables Caterpillar investment in Research & Development (R&D), Digital, etc.
- Enables dealer to invest in expanded capabilities
- Helps build customer success and loyalty
- Strengthens Caterpillar/dealer competitive advantage

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for dynamic and innovative talent to be involved in major initiatives of ESD division of Caterpillar.
- Someone who has a good knowledge on process, market analysis and is willing to learn and implement in real world.
- Background on Strategy development will be a plus.
- The incumbent will be supporting the Strategy Manager with process development and will be using tools such as PPT, Excel and Visualisation.
- Meet expectations in delivering results, distil complex results in an understandable manner, make timely decisions, and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
- Suggest innovative solutions based on new technologies and latest trends.

- Services growth - Calibration processes

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Passion for new technologies and demonstrated learning agility
- Will be good to have experience of Agile development methodologies.
- Comfortable to work with people from many different backgrounds and cultures, internally and externally, with the appropriate influence and ability to resolve differences.
