As part of a dynamic and creative team, the FF&E Interior Designer will contribute to crafting exceptional spaces that leave a lasting impression.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design team to develop and execute FF&E concepts for luxury hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with the overall design vision.
- Research and source high-quality furniture, fixtures, and equipment that meet the project's aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements.
- Create comprehensive FF&E schedules, specifications, and documentation for client presentations and project execution.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers to stay informed about the latest trends, materials, and innovations in the FF&E industry.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure the seamless integration of FF&E elements into the overall project timeline and budget.
- Conduct on-site visits and inspections to ensure the proper installation and placement of FF&E items, maintaining design integrity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as an FF&E Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury hospitality projects. At least 3-5 years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, and custom detailing.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore.
