**SENIOR FF&E DESIGNER**

**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Provide creative proposals and design concepts for new projects.
- Design & develop concept designs in accordance with a client brief.
- Responsible for generating presentations for the 'look and feel' of spaces.
- Prepare mood & materials boards for presentation.
- Maintain a record of FF&E selection and prepare FF&E documentation.
- Co-ordination with the interior architectural team to ensure seamless integration of FF&E with interior architecture
- Review shop drawings and liaise with manufacturers to ensure the consistency of designs.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design.
- At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in high-end residential and International Hospitality design.
- Strong in Interior Design conceptualizations and documentation.
- Creative with a strong sense of colours and texture.
- Experienced in preparation of Specification documents for projects.
- Must possess extensive knowledge of suppliers and manufacturers.
- Possess Good communication skills in English
- Possess adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Sketch up, Photoshop and AutoCAD.
- Manage project schedule, maintain project correspondence and meet strict deadlines
- Innovative, creative, highly motivated & possess a positive working attitude
