Sales General Manager

Managing the sales and marketing of Superabsorbent Polymers to Japanese multinational accounts in South and Southeast Asia.
- Work with other sale colleagues to develop sales and business plans, manage product inventory level and execute these plans to meet the Company's objectives.
- Liaise with customers to generate a rolling demand forecast.
- When necessary, liaise with HQ to secure supply from other production sites for customers.
- Co-ordinate with Logistic and Shipping Department to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Prepare monthly Sales report to management.
- Customer credit management.
- Setup and implement customer relationship program to attend to customers' requests, feedback or complaints and manage expectations.
- Collect and analyse and end customers' production and product plans to facilitate development of Group mid-term business plans.
- Solicit market trend and information to facilitate HQ develop long term strategies.
- Ensure adequate staffing and make staff development and training plan.
- Maintain and review work processess to ensure they are updated, relevant and effective.
