**About Our Client**:
Our client is a prominent European financial institution that specializes in wealth management and private banking services. With a rich history dating back decades, this establishment has earned a sterling reputation for providing tailored financial solutions and personalized advice to high-net-worth individuals and families around the world.

**Business Management**
- Take charge of the end-to-end processing of invoices related to Run-the-Bank and Change-the-Bank activities, ensuring alignment with IT financial governance procedures and accounting policies.
- Supervise the month-end time booking procedure
- Provide assistance during year-end processing.
- Management of Contracts
- Maintain the global contract database, ensuring its accuracy and currency.
- Assist in the review of IT contracts, liaising with Procurement and Legal for contract-related matters, coordinating resource contract renewals, and handling other contract administration tasks.
- Facilitate contract renewals required for year-end purposes.
- Responsible for periodic management reports
- Offer support for various ad-hoc activities

**People Management**
- Accountable for efficiently handling the complete onboarding and offboarding processes of IT resources within specified timeframes.
- Ensure that all essential onboarding documents are prepared and organized appropriately.
- Collaborate closely with the HR department to ensure a seamless resource onboarding experience.
- Allocate seating arrangements for new team members.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- More than 8 years of experience in business management function covering financials and contract management, preferably in banking sector
- Prior working experience with Legal and Procurement on contractual negotiations preferred
- Proficient in Excel and PPT
- Experience working with dashboarding tools, such as PowerBI and Tableau
