Singapore JR FOODS PTE. LTD. Full time

Cost Management
- Maintenance of BOM Master
- Maintenance of Inventory Master
- Reconcile mapping of BOM’s Inventory Master to Warehouse Inventory Master
- Conduct internal audit / due diligence as an when required on costing platform
- Investigate all variances and production run errors reported by the ERP system

Inventory Management
- Lead monthly inventory count (internal and external audit count)
- Control and update Inventory Master list

Financial Accounting
- Full spectrum of financial accounting leading to the successful completion of month-end, year-end closing and external audit management of the JR Groups of Companies. These include:
a) Master Data Maintenance
- Chart of Account Maintenance (CAM)
- Fixed Asset Register Maintenance (FARM)
- Master Data Maintenance of Customer & Suppliers (MDM)

b) Monthly Reports & Reconciliation
- Month-end & Year-end financial reporting including consolidation
- Balance Sheet schedules preparation
- Bank reconciliations
- Intercompany & related parties reconciliation
- Variance Analysis (Financial & Costing)

c) Transactional Maintenance
- Check & Review for Receipts processing
- Check & Review for Payment processing
- Advise contra items for clearance
- Review & approve journals from the team members
- Prepare and input journals for adjustments (when necessary)
- Assist in project billings.

d) Budget, Cash Flow Management, Financial Modelling
- Assist in budget and financial forecasts.
- Assist in financial modelling and profitability analysis.
- Review customers’ and vendors’ aging to ensure healthy Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC)
- Customers’ & Vendors’ review
- FRS 109 ECL review

Others
- Assist to streamline on-going processes within the finance operations.
- Assist in financial and market data mining for analysis.
- Assist in assets acquisition and disposal.
- Perform any other accounting, finance and related matters when required.
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities including as ad-hoc projects assigned.
