We are looking for a driven and dynamic consultant to support our growth strategy. This role is a hybrid of account management and new business acquisition—perfect for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships while also identifying and securing new opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Account Management & Growth**
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
- Deepen client relationships by understanding their evolving needs and offering value-added solutions.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth.
- Monitor client performance and feedback to ensure high retention and renewal rates.

**New Business Acquisition**
- Prospect and engage potential clients through various channels (networking, referrals, events, etc.).
- Understand prospects' business challenges and present tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct presentations, product demos, and proposals to key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.

**General**
- Meet or exceed targets for both account growth and new client acquisition.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills can be considered.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
