What You'll Be Doing

  • Create engaging content (Reels, carousels, stories, videos) for IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Plan, schedule, and manage posts, engagement, and performance tracking
  • Support storytelling for recruitment, branding, and advisor journeys
  • Bring ideas to life through shoots, interviews, and short-form edits
  • Spot trends, pitch ideas, and help shape campaigns & community growth
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of young leaders & mentors

Types of Content You'll Help Create

  • Personal Branding: day-in-the-life, career journeys, behind-the-scenes
  • Recruitment Campaigns: team culture, mentor stories, lifestyle reels
  • Client Touchpoints: educational tips, festive greetings, interactive posts

  • Loves content creation & meaningful storytelling
  • Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, or basic editing tools
  • Has an eye for trends, visuals & brand tone
