- Provide workload estimations and implementation schedules for each request
- Propose technical and functional solutions in collaboration with the Architecture team
- Leverage Calypso software knowledge to support developments and ensure quality
- Monitor developments and support **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)**:

- Participate in production delivery support and promote efficient use of the technical platform
