We have a thrilling opportunity for you to be a part of our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Build & Change Management: Analyze enhancement requests for repo business and new products. Collaborate with Architects to propose innovative solutions. Develop specifications, workload estimates, planning, test scenarios, and release documentation. Coordinate user acceptance tests and ensure successful monthly releases. Provide expert support for the release roadmap in production. Incidents and Requests Management: Offer level 3 application support, troubleshoot, and fix issues/bugs. Manage incidents and requests from business users and other IT teams. Continuous Improvement: Enhance operational processes for optimum efficiency. Coach and mentor junior team members as needed. Qualifications and Profile: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Calypso Business Analyst in Calypso back office. Expertise in Calypso versions v14 to v17 , covering Static Data, Workflows, Confirmations, Settlements, Corporate Action, and more. Thorough understanding of financial assets (repos, bonds, SLB, issuances) and trade lifecycle. Experience with regulatory reporting (HRF, NORIA, MMSR) and interfacing Calypso with external systems. Hands-on experience in implementation projects with a track record in AGILE methodologies . Proficient in implementing NR (Non-Regression)scenarios. Willingness to provide L3 support and participate in on-call rotations . Education and Experience: Masters degree in relevant specialties (IT, finance). Minimum 8 years of working experience in relevant roles. Shift Timings: Work in shifts for ASIA or EMEA regions: (9 am 6:30 pm SGT) or (3 pm midnight SGT).
