Qualifications
- Any Degree/Diploma/A level
- Proficiency in English: Fluent, professional-level English skills are essential
- Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to listen to client needs and offer tailored solutions
- Proactive & Reliable: Take initiative, work independently and all required training will be provided
- Languages: English and Hindi/Malay/Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other tools
**Responsibilities**:
- Your contribution will be essential to our goal of providing exceptional digital solutions and nurture long-lasting client relationships
- Introduce them to our cloud solutions and related subscription packages.
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule appointments with our pre-sales team, considering client availability, preferences, and team schedules
- Keep records of appointments, client interactions, and relevant details using CRM tools like ZOHO
- Team Collaboration: Keep a steady flow of communication with our marketing experts and project managers
