Bless Community Services (BCS) is expanding its programmes and services and looking for passionate individuals to join our organization.

Bless Community Services is a social service agency (IPC) set up to enable, enrich and empower individuals, families and communities through our holistic social care approaches.

BCS manages S3P shelters at a few locations. S3Ps are overnight shelters set up for the homeless and rough sleepers. BCS also reaches out to the youth to promote their mental and emotional well being.

As we become more established in our work, we are looking to expand our staff team, so that we can extend our services to the community and also to the homeless and rough sleepers.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1. S3P Care and Case Management**
- Seek the well being of the stayers in our shelters in accordance to our Model of Care.
- Work with befrienders, employers, counsellers etc to provide care and support to the stayers in the S3P shelters.
- Work with FSC/SSO social workers to pursue long-term goals for the stayers..
- Work with premise owners to make the S3P shelters condusive and safe for the stayers.
- Conduct post-care visits to stayers who have left our shelters.

**2. Youth Care Management**
- Coordinate youth outreach programme to promote BCS Youth GRIT Club.
- Seek the mental and emotional well being of youths based on our Model of Care.
- Strategies, plan and execute youth programme and services based on our Model of Care.

**3. BCS Corporate Events and Fund Raising Projects**

All BCS staff are required to play a part in BCS corporate events and fund raising projects.

**Requirements**:

- Enjoys helping people who are in need.
- Enjoys connecting with Youth
- Good inter-personal and communication skills.
- Competent in English and Mandarin (Malay will be an added advantage).
- Resourceful and independent.
- Good team player.
- Able to work flexi hours.
- Able to work at night once a week (7pm to 10pm).Part Time or Full Time Contract.
