**Shipping**
- Communicating and coordinating with Logistics, Buyer, Supplier and Shipping Carriers & Agents
- Planning and arranging vessel schedules for all shipments and providing updates on vessel activities, freight rates, etc and ensure all the necessary documents and customs formalities are met.
- Plan and monitor stock to minimise carry.
- Monitor all payments and manage contract Profit & Loss per vessel/shipment.
- Monitoring credit-sales documents and follow up with clients.
- Issue invoices, debit, and credit notes for overseas customers

**Admin/Support**
- Preparation/Issuance of quotations and contracts
- Maintains proper records of Contracts, quotations, arrival notices, etc.
- Update stock balance for Supplier and Overseas Buyer contracts
- Performing other administrative duties like recording and filing

**Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role or Import/Export position - preferably in Commodity Trading (Sugar, Grain)/Agricultural sector.
- Some Knowledge of container and break bulk handling is preferred.
- Willing to take on any task as assigned by the company over and above normal shipping duties.
- Meticulous and independent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
