We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Assistant Manager. This role requires proficiency in the Japanese language to facilitate communication with our Japanese clients and partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new business opportunities and strategies for growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Japanese clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Provide support to the business development manager in achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitive landscape.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent educational background.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese (JLPT N1 level or equivalent).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with Japanese clients or in a Japanese company.
- Knowledge of Japanese business culture and practices.
