**Title**:Regional Marketing Manager, SEA & Emerging Markets - Medical Devices

**About the Role**:
Our client is a leading medical devices company seeking for a Regional Marketing Manager, SEA & Emerging Markets to develop and implement regional business strategy in alignment with Global and Asia strategy and in turn, develop strategic initiatives, portfolio management, market access and business opportunities for deployment across the region.

**Responsibilities**:
You will formulate and implement regional insights-driven marketing strategy that is aligned with the broader local and Asia strategy. Lead market shaping, defend and improve market positioning and depth of market access by developing strong, trust-based relationships with external partners, customers and key stakeholders.

You will define the overall product and portfolio strategy, including pricing strategy in alignment with local country requirements, global product and portfolio strategy. Manage strategic portfolio of products from commercialization to obsolescence.

Lead in market model mapping in partnership with local country marketers and support their key reporting processes such as Budget, Forecasting, Fact Based Forecasting, Key Success Factors, sales and manufacturing revenue projections.

Coach and guide country marketeers to develop and implement local marketing plans. You will collaborate with Global and Asia Marketing to ensure smooth brand transition which will include customer communications, HCPs and Patient/Consumer/Shopper communications.

**Requirements**:
Ideally you have minimum 8 years of marketing experience within Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical and Consumer Healthcare industries. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business / Marketing related field.

You are independent, agile and highly driven with an ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset.

You are a team player with strong collaboration skills and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
