- OtherBe part of the team to build strong collaborative partnership with the GP sector and to roll out the upcoming Healthier SG (HSG) initiatives in primary care. Key responsibilities are:

- Support the implementation of the GP engagement strategy to recruit GP clinics to onboard HSG programme, primarily in the organising of GP engagement events such as GP Townhall, webinars, admin training and brown bag sessions
- Co-develop and implement the training design to prepare HSG clinics for administration of the HSG programme which includes developing the various toolkits (training, GP info kit and patient information kit), conducting training and perform training evaluation
- Co-develop new initiatives and workflows to ensure the smooth administration of HSG at participating GP clinics

**Job Requirements**:

- Recognised degree in any discipline
- Experience in project management, marketing and frontline operations
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and comfortable with public speaking
- Strong in problem-solving and critical thinking
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and rapid changing environment involving multiple partners
