Project and Office Administrator

**Newly created role due to business growth**
Working with the GHD Advisory and Digital team in Singapore, the Project and Office Administrator position offers the opportunity to provide administration, project and day-to-day office management support to the Singapore GHD office and Asia team.
**Roles and responsibilities include**:
- Providing comprehensive project and administrative support to the team
- Contact point for office including; landlord, cleaning, maintenance and supplies
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Organise meetings and broader events including attendee invites, room bookings, accommodation and catering.
- Support the team in research, document preparation and reporting
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements
- Maintain GHD systems; projects, proposals, opportunity tracker, business development, safety and quality
- Coordinating inbound and outbound travel and accommodation requirements
**What you will bring to the team**:
- Experience in a team assistant, office manager or executive assistant role
- Qualifications in administration/business/project management highly desirable
- Experience in professional services is highly desirable
- Able to communicate effectively with people in the business both verbally and in written form in a clear and concise way
- Team player, cooperative with other staff with open sharing of information and knowledge
- High level skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent time management, planning, organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Use initiative to proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and exercise sound judgement
