DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, BUS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
[What you will be working on]
We are seeking a dynamic individual with a passion for land transport planning and operations. You will monitor public bus service operators’ service performance under the Bus Contracting Model. You will be required to perform quantitative analysis of performance data and exercise critical thinking to baseline patterns. You will also learn about the dynamic public transport ecosystem in Singapore, and drive key changes as we improve the performance of the public bus network. In addition, you will work with a large range of stakeholders to push towards good service performance delivery, including interfacing with the public to understand their needs, as well as to propose solutions.
[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline
- At least 3 years of experience
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong working relationships
- Highly adaptable, resourceful and able to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
