[What the role is]
MANAGER/DEPUTY MANAGER, DATA SUPPLY (FARES)

[What you will be working on]
You will lead a team and be responsible for the management of data for planning, developing and gathering of high-quality data supply for the fare systems, LTA web portal and mobile apps.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with new emerging technologies in the public transport bus domain.

Your responsibilities include:

- Plan and develop to put in place business process and standard operating

procedures to ensure that the required data for LTA transport portal is fit
- for-purpose
- Liaises with Public Transport Operators (PTOs) and internal/external

stakeholders on matters relating to fares charging at the front-end devices
on public buses
- Oversee and lead investigation relating to data configuration of systems
- Generate statistical data and perform analysis from the bus fare system for

purpose of reporting
- Handle data sharing requests within and across organisations
- Organise and work with your team to handle operational challenges that

may come up

[What we are looking for]
- Preferably knowledge in engineering, statistics, data management or IT-related
- Experience and good working knowledge of bus fare systems will be an

advantage
- Experience in data analytics will be an advantage
- Proficient in the use of MS Office (i.e Word and Excel) and is keen to

develop skills
- Good presentation, interpersonal and writing skills
- Analytical with a mind towards problem-solving
- Be adaptable to new roles or new way of working as you grow in your

career with us
