As we adapt, evolve and growth to meet challenges of tomorrow we are in need of a Core Operations and Digital Life Manager which will lead us to strategically position ourselves to withstand the test of time. This is a senior level management position requires the incumbent to be extremely self-driven, possesses proven track record and more importantly share our core values and vision of wanting to make a difference

**Job Title**:Core Operations and Digital Life Manager

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Core Operations and Digital Life Manager to join our team at an Indian convenience store. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, as well as overseeing our digital and online presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and will drive success in both operations management and online integrations.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Indian convenience store, including finance, supply chain, logistics, and inventory management.

Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability in these areas.

Manage and oversee our digital and online presence, including our website, social media, e-commerce platforms, and online ordering systems.

Develop and implement online integration strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive growth, including integrating our online platforms with our physical store operations.

Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for both operations and online integrations, and use data insights to inform decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and IT, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in operations management and online integrations, and share your knowledge and insights with the team.

**Qualifications**:
Masters'sdegree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in operations management and online integrations, with a proven track record of success in both areas.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

In-depth knowledge of supply chain management and logistics, with experience in inventory management and cost optimization.

Experience with e-commerce platforms, social media marketing, and online ordering systems, with a track record of driving online sales and enhancing the customer experience.

Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in both operations management and online integrations, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest innovations and technologies.
