**Responsibilities**:

- Handles end-to-end processing of trade finance transactions, Trade Loan, Risk Participations and Standby LC/bank guarantees.
- Handles L/C Issuance, Inward and Outward Collection, Collection Bill purchased, Transfer LC, Export LC Advising, LC Negotiation, LC confirmation, Export LC bills discounting, Bank reimbursement and etc.
- Review and ensure workability of LC for confirmation & text/formats for bank guarantees.
- Handles all settlements/preparation of all payments, disbursements of proceeds (MT103/MT202).
- Perform compliance and other checks on trade transactions in line with AML Guidelines, Terrorist Financing and Sanctions Regulations and other internal policies.
- Attends to clients’ inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Min Degree/Diploma with major in Business, Banking/Finance or Law
- Min 5 years experience in Trade Finance operations within the banking industry
- Knowledge of UCP rules, ISP 98, ISBP 745, URDG, URC, URR rules and Incoterms rules an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of controls pertaining to AML/CFT and other regulatory requirements.
