Singapore ABC COOKING STUDIO SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Full time

**Job Description**:

- Purchasing activities for consumable and non-consumable goods, which assures the studio’s needs run smoothly
- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers
- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of the items between suppliers/ local/ overseas suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to studio on time
- Ensure ingredients are in place for trainings, regular and trial lessons
- Ensure non-consumable goods (e.g. cake/bread packaging, baking supplies, disposable aprons, etc.) are always in-stock
- Review existing process and controls to identify deficiencies and the potential impact, and implement and maintain corrective actions of the procurement process

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma with 2 years relevant working experience in F&B purchasing or equivalent
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
- Able to work independently as well as in team
- Meticulous and fast learner
- Shift work
