**Responsibilities**
- Support and report to Procurement Manager
- Responsible for purchase strategy, supplier short list management, the implementation of the procurement cost control.
- Support in controlling the execution of in charge branches or subsidiaries according to company procurement procedures
- Maintain supplier relationship. Master supply capability and negotiate with suppliers if necessary
- Support in subcontracting bidding.
- Control the execution of in charge branches or subsidiaries according to company procurement procedures
- Able to familiarize with ERP Procurement Module and Issue PO in ERP
- Organize with relevant departments for supplier development, evaluation and yearly vendor evaluation
- Maintain Master list for Supplier Non-Conformance with Procurement Officer
- Arrange logistics services for related projects as well as import and export procedures
- Ensure warehouse operation in line with SOP
- Handle yearly internal & external for Procurement, warehouse, vendor and client’s audit as and when required
- Support Procurement Department and Warehouse monthly reports and inspection schedule
- Keying GRN and upload information into ERP system
- Support administrative duties (e.g. data filing/management)
- Abide to the Environmental, Safety and Health regulations (Internal & External)
- Any other duties assigned from.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or above in relevant discipline with minimum 5 years of procurement experience
- Experience in procurement management and project management is preferred
- Good knowledge of purchasing, logistics and material management
- Can independently manage relationships with vendors.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Must be very cost conscious
- Have strong cost analysis and management skills.
