Be a part of HPB’s Digital Marketing (DM) Department and get involved in the strategic planning, governance and management of digital assets, martech systems and platforms, social media, as well as marketing analytics. This position reports to the Assistant Director, Digital Marketing.

**What you will be working on**
- Assist in HPB’s efforts to enable smart, automated and personalised marketing to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Drive project timelines and deliverables of key martech projects.
- Manage digital marketing operations, including analytics, with a focus on improving performance and operational efficiency.
- Protect HPB’s brand reputation within the digital space via appropriate brand safety strategies;
- Be a thought leader to spot emerging trends and organise digital marketing workshops with agency partners.

**What we are looking for**

Join us if you are a data-oriented and self-motivated individual, with a passion for marketing technology and digital marketing. You should have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, ideally with a proven track record in marketing automation and enjoy working in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced environment. You should also possess:

- Strong project management and budget management skills;
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively drive collaboration across internal and external matrix teams;
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, navigate complexity and perform under pressure.
